Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager for a high-visibility engagement with a leading global payments technology company. This role sits within the Consulting & Analytics practice and supports a major banking partner in India. You will serve as the central strategist and execution lead, bridging business goals with actionable campaign frameworks to optimize a cardholder portfolio strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional who wants to make a significant impact on customer activation, engagement, and retention through targeted portfolio segmentation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize a comprehensive program framework for customer activation, engagement, and retention by identifying focus groups based on product types and customer segments.
- Design and execute end-to-end campaign delivery, including list generation, communication mix design, channel attribution, and messaging optimization to maximize campaign ROI.
- Establish monitoring and review protocols to track program performance pre-, during, and post-campaign, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints.
- Drive offer communication strategies by optimizing channel and message mix, while setting up effective feedback loops with key stakeholder groups.
- Own all client-facing deliverables and lead engagement discussions, navigating complex team dynamics and influencing decisions across multiple internal and partner teams.
- Structure project documentation and deliverables, leveraging data insights and client inputs to inform strategic recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign management, with a strong preference for credit card or debit card portfolio/campaign management.
- Proven critical thinker with robust problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Exceptional stakeholder and project management capabilities, with experience leading client engagements independently.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with a solid understanding of current marketing trends and channel optimization.
- Ability to navigate complex team dynamics and influence cross-functional partners to achieve program objectives.
