Job Title: Captain/Senior Captain
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Location: Manas Resort & Petting Zoo
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced F&B Service Captain/Senior Captain to lead our service team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in our restaurant, bar, and banquet areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, take orders, serve food/drinks, address queries/complaints, and ensure high service standards.
- Manage reservations, seating, and flow of service during meals/banquets/events.
- Suggestively sell menu items, special dishes, and promotions to boost sales.
- Assist in stock checks, report shortages, and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in 3-star/4-star hotels or resorts preferred
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Willing to relocate to Igatpuri
- Immediate joiners/1 month notice will be given preference
