Center Manager

📍 Locations: Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad

🗓 Work Days: 6 days/week | General Shift

Role Purpose

The Center Manager will be responsible for leading and scaling the assigned training center by driving learner enrolments, ensuring high training completion rates, and enabling successful job placements. The role requires strong local connects, CSR knowledge, and proven team-handling experience to deliver operational excellence and business growth.

Key Deliverables

  • Achieve centre targets for lead generation, enrolments, training completions, and placements.
  • Execute localized and regional marketing & promotional strategies.
  • Build and manage education and employer partnerships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, learner success, and brand visibility.
  • Maintain operational excellence and infrastructure standards.

Responsibilities

  • Promotional Strategy: Drive lead generation through kiosks, banners, pamphlets, outdoor promotions, and community outreach.
  • College Connects: Establish strong relationships with colleges, TPOs, and institutions to generate quality leads.
  • Business Partnerships: Onboard/manage ECAs & EONs, ensure compliance, and foster growth with institutions/employers.
  • Training Completion: Work closely with learners to minimize dropouts and motivate them for fresher-level opportunities.
  • Placement Support: Organize placement drives and engage employers to ensure successful learner placements.
  • Operations & Team Management: Manage daily operations, recruit/train sales & counseling teams, set targets, and ensure productivity.
  • Data Analysis: Track leads, enrolments, completions, and placements; prepare performance reports and drive improvements.

  • High customer orientation and operational discipline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in education, training, sales, or centre operations.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation, enrolment management, and partnerships.
  • Local language proficiency is mandatory for respective locations.
  • CSR knowledge and team-handling experience are essential.
