Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muzaffarpur for a Centre Manager/Trainer in Skill Development – Hardware and Networking. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of the training center, including scheduling classes, coordinating with learners, and ensuring smooth delivery of training programs. The Centre Manager/Trainer will conduct classroom and practical sessions on desktop hardware, networking fundamentals, and related technical topics, providing hands-on guidance and mentorship to learners. Responsibilities include monitoring learner progress, maintaining lab infrastructure and equipment, implementing quality standards, and preparing basic reports on attendance and outcomes. The role also requires collaborating with the organization’s leadership on curriculum updates, supporting outreach activities, and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills for desktop computers and related hardware.
  • Candidates should possess practical experience in network administration and network security.
  • Candidates should possess capabilities in providing technical support to learners and maintaining center IT infrastructure.
  • Candidates should possess clear communication and instructional skills to deliver technical training effectively.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in hardware, networking, or IT support (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) is beneficial.
  • Prior experience as a trainer or instructor in hardware/networking or in managing a training center is an advantage.
  • Ability to organize schedules, maintain documentation, and work collaboratively with diverse learner groups.
  • Minimum educational qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
