Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Development Manager located in Coimbatore. The role involves building and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and growth. Responsibilities include creating business plans, overseeing channel sales, managing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities to expand the company's channel network. The Channel Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making to aid in market expansion
- Proven track record in Channel Sales and managing effective sales pipelines
- Experience in developing and nurturing relationships with Channel Partners and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Account Management, including contract negotiation and maintaining client satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships and drive collaboration
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and analyzing sales performance metrics is advantageous
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
