Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the company's Channel Partner ecosystem across Enterprise and Government verticals.
- Identify, onboard, and manage System Integrators (SI), Value Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, and Strategic Channel Partners.
- Drive revenue growth through channel partners by promoting Cloud, Data Center, AI, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cyber Security, and System Integration solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and technology partners to create joint go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with channel partners to identify, qualify, and close Enterprise and Government opportunities.
- Support partners in Government Tenders, GeM opportunities, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and large enterprise bids.
- Collaborate with OEMs and partners during solution design, pricing, proposal preparation, and customer presentations.
- Develop new partner-led business opportunities while expanding the existing partner network.
- Manage the complete partner lifecycle including onboarding, enablement, certifications, business planning, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal technical, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at partner events, OEM programs, industry conferences, and customer meetings.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Sales within the IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Center, System Integration, or Managed Services domain.
- Must have an existing network of 40–50 active Channel Partners/System Integrators with proven business relationships.
- Strong experience in B2B IT Sales (Retail sales experience will not be considered).
- Hands-on experience selling Enterprise IT Solutions, including Cloud, Data Center, AI, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Networking, Cyber Security, Storage, Compute, Servers, and Software/Hardware Solutions.
- Experience working with Enterprise Accounts and Government/PSU customers through channel partners.
- Strong understanding of Government Tendering, GeM Portal, RFP/RFI/RFQ management, and bid processes.
- Experience working with leading OEMs such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Fortinet, Palo Alto, NetApp, or similar.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale enterprise deals through SI partners and OEM collaboration.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and solution-selling capabilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
