Channel Sales Manager for South India (Third Party Payroll)
Job Location – Hyderabad

Job Role
- Drive activities and initiatives to achieve short- and long-term revenue and pipeline goals from Tier 2 market channel partners in region.
- Manage all elements of the sales cycle selling to/partnering with them, their prospects and customers
- Grow and manage wide range of cyber security and cloud security focussed set of partners in the region.
- Evolve client's strategic coverage model for the South India business, optimizing productivity and ROI for them.
- Build true partnerships with our partners, understanding their growth strategies, acting as their champion and evangelizing the client with them.
- Work closely with client's Account Managers in promoting the offerings.
- Help create/track pipeline and close deals with them by partnering effectively with client's field teams.
- Own, develop and execute business plans covering relationship building, joint solution development, marketing, enablement, and more.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute our business plan and evolve it as needed.
- Define and track business metrics and conduct regular business reviews and executive briefings with Channel Partners so as to ensure the plan devised is on track.
- Enable partner stakeholders by educating on client's value proposition and use cases.
- Focus on long-term strategy while handling tactical business activities.
What We Expect From You
- Minimum 10+ years of specific experience demonstrating a strong level of expertise in leading channel partners in region focused on Cyber Security and Cloud Business.
- Hands-on experience with strong business acumen.
- Well organized with a track record of developing and consistently executing on focused plans.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Ability to communicate and build strong relationships within all levels of an organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to inspire others to act without using explicit authority.
- Knowledgeable about security infrastructure and cloud solutions, IT services and more.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver and the ability to plan and play out different scenarios to maximize growth.
- Hands-on and can-do “does what it takes” attitude to drive success.
- Strong personal and professional ethics and integrity
