At ScrapUncle, we're building India's largest tech-enabled recycling ecosystem and looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

📍 Location: Sushant Lok, Phase 1, Gurugram

💰 Compensation: ₹25–35 LPA + Performance-Based ESOPs

📅 Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week (Weekly Off on Wednesday)

🚀 Experience: 8–15 Years (Preferably in VC-backed startups)

♻️ 300,000+ pickups completed across NCR

♻️ 30 Million+ KG recyclables processed

♻️ Backed by institutional investors

♻️ Building India's first tech-driven C2B recycling platform

✔ Lead Finance, Accounting & Compliance functions

✔ Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

✔ Build SOPs, controls, and scalable finance systems from scratch

✔ Manage fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence

✔ Partner closely with founders on strategic growth initiatives

✔ Automate and optimize finance operations

✅ CA / MBA Finance / CFA preferred

✅ 8–15 years of finance leadership experience

✅ Strong understanding of startup finance, compliance, taxation, and investor relations

✅ Experience in high-growth startups, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, recycling, or similar sectors
