Chief Information Security Officer

Responsible for design and sustenance of a robust IT security framework and policies for the Adani Group; Lead the IT Audit, Assurance, Risk Management & Cyber resilience for the organization

Works towards building a holistic culture of Security across an organization aimed at identifying and reacting promptly and effectively to incidents.

• Understand the legal and regulatory environment within which the business operates; Ensure that the organization's IT architect and IT Security policies are aligned with latest business / regulatory requirements
• Lead corporate threat intelligence interventions
• Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans (IT Perspective)
• Preside over monthly meetings with the GCISO,GCIO, BU CIOs and COEs with the agenda to improve posture of the organization, enhance IT security performance, promote collaboration & community building.
• This Position reports into the GCISO & CDO of respective Businesses.

Requirement is specific for Multiple Businesses across Adani Group

Businesses (Preferred):

Energy Generation (Thermal, Renewable) Transmission Distribution, City Gas Distribution Sectors, Airport, Port & Logistics, Cyber Security, E-Commerce, FMCG, Natural Resource, Infrastructure, Telecom

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred in IT management
• Preferable to have certifications / Specialization in IT Security Management (CompTIA SECURITY+, o Certified Systems Security Professional, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), Certified Systems Security Professional (CSSP), or Certified Security Manage (CSM))

Experiences:

• Minimum 15-18 years’ work experience with at least 8-10 years managing a IT & Cyber Security portfolio for a large / Mid-size enterprise with overseas operations, and ~5 years in leadership/ COE position for the IT security function
• Should possess experience of cyber Security program management across IT domains (Infrastructure, Application, Enterprise architect)
• Should possess experience of managing senior leaders / top management while leading Information Security management portfolio.
• Requires experience of combined IT and security work experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development, systems administration and robust experience of designing and deploying security solutions
• Requires in-depth knowledge of security issues, techniques and implications across all existing computer platforms
• Working knowledge of drafting and implementing cyber security policies and designing new systems
• Should have good exposure to designing and delivering training programs preferable on IT security
• Should possess experience of conducting audits, statutory compliance, monitoring and controls testing
• Must have experience of managing large scale IT transformation projects
• Must have experience of working and liaising with technology partners and IT giants (Security solution providers.
