JOB SUMMARY

ROLE: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – MDF Manufacturing

Location: Gurgaon, Haryan

aReporting To: CEO / Managing Director

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced COO to lead end-to-end operations for MDF manufacturing business of our customer. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, manufacturing performance, supply chain efficiency, quality, safety, profitability, and business growth while ensuring seamless execution of strategic objectives.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of scaling operations, driving profitability, and supporting the company's long-term growth ambitions.

• time.Own operational budgets, cost optimization, productivity improvements, and EBITDA enhancement initiat
• ives.Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, health, safety, and quality stand
• ards.Lead capacity expansion, process improvement, and strategic projects to support business gr
• owth.Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate business strategy into operational execution.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 18+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with significant leadership experience in MDF, plywood, laminates, particle board, building materials, or other process manufacturing industries.
• Strong expertise in plant operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, operational excellence, and financial management.
• Proven track record of driving growth, operational efficiencies, cost reduction, and large-scale team leadership.
