Role Description


The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for owning the end-to-end revenue strategy and performance across the organization. The CRO will lead and align sales, business development, and client account management teams to drive sustainable growth in the Canada immigration and visa consulting segment. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing revenue strategies, overseeing lead generation and sales operations, setting and monitoring performance targets, and optimizing processes for efficiency and profitability. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning, analyzing market trends and client needs, and identifying new opportunities for services, partnerships, and geographic expansion. The CRO will also mentor and coach sales leaders, ensure high-quality client experiences, and maintain consistent reporting on revenue metrics and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales leadership skills, including experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management, with the ability to build, nurture, and expand client relationships in a service-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated Strategic Planning capabilities, including developing long-term revenue roadmaps and translating strategy into operational plans.
  • Experience leading cross-functional commercial teams and aligning marketing, sales, and operations toward shared revenue goals.
  • Relevant experience in professional services or consulting, ideally within immigration, legal, or related advisory domains.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including proficiency in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Comfort working on-site in Mangaluru, with the ability to collaborate closely with local teams and leadership.
