Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, Hybrid role based in the Greater Nagpur Area, responsible for leading BroDoo’s overall technology vision and execution. This role oversees software development teams, defines the technology roadmap, and ensures that the platform’s architecture and infrastructure can scale with customer needs. The CTO collaborates closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into robust technical solutions and release plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding engineering best practices, managing technology projects and resources, monitoring system performance and security, and driving continuous improvement in development processes. The CTO also plays a key role in hiring, mentoring, and retaining technical talent while fostering a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Software Development and Architecture, with a track record of building scalable, secure, and reliable platforms.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability in IT Strategy, aligning technology investments with business goals and long-term growth.
• Hands-on experience in Product Development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, build, and iterate on digital products.
• Background in leading engineering or technology teams in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally in SaaS or operations-focused platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed trade-offs in fast-moving contexts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
