Role Description

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support road asset inventory and pavement assessment projects using satellite imagery, GIS platforms, and digital mapping tools. The role involves road data analysis, pavement condition assessment, roadway feature extraction, and technical support for infrastructure mapping and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze road networks and pavement conditions using satellite imagery and GIS tools.
• Identify, map, and assess pavement distresses and roadway assets.
• Collect, validate, and maintain road inventory and asset data.
• Review traffic, road condition, and safety-related datasets to support project objectives.
• Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with project quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• B.E. OR B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• 1–2 years of experience in highway, infrastructure-related projects.

   understanding of flexible and rigid pavements.

• Knowledge of pavement distress identification and road inventory concepts.

• Understanding of roadway features, traffic data, and accident data.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies related to road asset management.

Location

·      Office-Based - Nashik, Maharashtra

·      A condition that the role is primarily office-based but may require road/site visits when required for project verification, data validation, training, or client requirements.
