About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to manage client services and coordinate projects from order confirmation through successful installation. The ideal candidate should have experience in interiors, fit-out, construction, or architectural projects and be capable of coordinating with multiple internal teams while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client and franchise communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, project documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Installation teams.
• Schedule site measurements and installation activities.
• Track project timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Resolve project execution and site-related issues.
• Lead and coordinate the Client Services team.
• Review site conditions and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure quality standards during installation.
• Maintain excellent client and franchise relationships.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in:
• Project Coordination
• Construction
• Interior Fit-Out
• Architecture
• Experience preparing BOQs and quotations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Mandatory Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
• 3–6 years of relevant experience
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi
• Willing to work from Chennai
