Role Description

Patient Support Specialist

Location: Bellandur | Vajram Esteva, Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Rd, Devarabisanahalli, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560103


Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain


Key Skills & Requirements

  • Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy
  • English Proficiency: B1H level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  • Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (patient care, claims, pharmacy support, or member call preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare queries such as patient care, pharmacy support, grievance, and appeal cases
  • Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA)
