This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Coordinator based in Surat. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, coordinating between teams, organizing schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring seamless communication. The role demands efficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive client experience.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Superb Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and ensure smooth coordination of client services.
- Ability to foster Customer Experience improvements through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Proficiency with common business software and tools.
- Prior experience in counseling or client coordination is a plus.
- A degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
