Role Description The Client Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise partners and clients, ensuring a smooth transition into Kinderbots systems, processes, and curriculum. Daily tasks include guiding clients through documentation and compliance requirements, setting up accounts and tools, coordinating training sessions, and addressing initial questions or concerns. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align expectations, gather feedback, and resolve onboarding issues promptly. The role also involves maintaining accurate onboarding records, monitoring client satisfaction during the initial engagement period, and supporting continuous improvement of onboarding workflows.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build trust and provide clear guidance to clients.
- Candidates should possess experience in client onboarding and customer onboarding processes, with a focus on structured, consistent delivery.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret client feedback, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
- Relevant experience in education, franchising, or customer success roles is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM or onboarding tools is an advantage.
