We are looking for someone who can convert these enquiries into meaningful client relationships through thoughtful conversations, design appreciation and exceptional service.

We are therefore looking for someone who combines exceptional communication skills with a genuine appreciation for luxury interiors and design.
This is not a conventional sales role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven position where your ability to understand a client's aspirations, discuss design intelligently, and create confidence in the Minose experience is just as important as your ability to convert enquiries into meetings.

Key Responsibilities- Contact inbound enquiries generated through Meta, Instagram, Google and other digital marketing channels.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their project, lifestyle, design preferences, timelines and budget.
- Explain the Minose business model and value proposition in a confident, polished and consultative manner.
- Build trust with clients and position Minose as their preferred luxury interiors partner.
- Qualify leads and identify high-potential opportunities.
- Schedule design consultations and meetings for the design team.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture leads until they are ready to move forward.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules in HubSpot CRM.
- Occasionally meet prospective clients when required.
- Ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities to the design team.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience at every interaction.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi with impeccable communication skills.
- Warm, confident and naturally polished in client interactions.
- Strong design sensibility with an appreciation for luxury interiors, furniture, architecture and aesthetics.
- Able to comfortably discuss materials, finishes, lighting, furniture styles and overall design concepts.
- A consultative seller who enjoys understanding client aspirations rather than simply selling products.
- Outstanding listener with the ability to ask insightful questions and build trust.
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable handling multiple client conversations every day.
- Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is an advantage).
- Professional appearance and comfortable meeting premium clients.
- 2–5 years of experience in luxury interiors, premium furniture, architecture, interior design, luxury real estate, hospitality or relationship management.
- Interior designers looking to transition into a client-facing consulting role are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with premium or high-net-worth clientele will be a strong advantage.
- Passion for luxury design, furniture and architecture.
