Role Description The Client Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle. Daily tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding event objectives, and coordinating internally with planning, operations, and creative teams to deliver agreed outcomes. The role involves managing client communication, handling inquiries and escalations, tracking project timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation of event requirements and updates. The Client Services Manager also monitors feedback, prepares post-event reports, supports continuous improvement of service processes, and contributes to proposals and presentations for new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Strong client-focused skills, including Client Services and Customer Service, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, service follow-up, and a commitment to high-quality delivery.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for managing client interactions, internal coordination, and presentations.
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting client feedback, reviewing event performance metrics, and supporting data-driven improvements.
- Proven experience in event management, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in the events or hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Patna, Odisha, Kolkata collaborating with cross-functional teams and occasionally supporting live event operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
