🏗️ About the Role — Lead, AI & IP Innovation

As a Lead – AI & IP Innovation at TT Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI-enabled IP research, analytics, and innovation initiatives. You will lead a small team, work closely with clients, and contribute to enhancing IP search methodologies, tools, and outputs.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3–4 IP professionals, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct and oversee patent research, analytics, and portfolio management activities.
• Perform advanced searches using patent/IP databases, search engines, and analytics tools.
• Analyze and compare state-of-the-art IP search and analytics tools, including new features and capabilities.
• Prepare clear, insightful reports based on research findings and client requirements.
• Develop and improve search strategies, methodologies, and output quality based on market needs.
• Work on EoU analysis, claim charting, and portfolio assessment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify AI-driven improvements in IP research workflows.
• Act as a key point of contact for client communication and interaction.

🛠️ What You Bring

Must-Haves

• Strong experience in Patent Research, IP Analytics, and Search Methodologies
• Hands-on expertise with Patent/IP search tools and databases
• Ability to analyze tools, features, and workflows for continuous improvement
• Experience in report preparation, review, and task management
• Solid understanding of EoU, claim charting, and portfolio management
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related domains
• 4+ years of experience in the IP industry
• Strong technical understanding of invention disclosures and search-focus identification
• Problem-solving skills in constructing and executing complex patent searches
• Ability to analyze results and deliver high-quality reports within deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Strong comprehension and presentation skills
