Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Client Success & Operations Manager who will take full ownership of client relationships after sales closure.
This is not just an account management role — we are seeking someone who can think and operate like a COO, ensuring seamless execution, strong client relationships, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership
- Take end-to-end ownership of clients after sales closure
- Conduct onboarding meetings and understand business goals
- Translate client requirements into actionable execution plans
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle client escalations with professionalism
Operations Management
- Coordinate with SMM, SEO, PPC, Design, Video, Content, and Development teams
- Ensure timely delivery across all departments
- Monitor project timelines and track deliverables
- Identify and eliminate execution bottlenecks
Performance Monitoring
- Review campaign performance regularly
- Ensure accurate and insightful reporting
- Conduct monthly review meetings with clients
- Recommend strategies for continuous improvement
Client Retention & Growth
- Enhance overall client satisfaction
- Drive renewals and reduce churn
- Identify upselling opportunities
Leadership & Strategy
- Work closely with founders and the leadership team
- Collaborate with team leads across departments
- Develop SOPs and improve operational workflows
- Build scalable systems for long-term growth
Requirements
- 6 –10 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, and Websites
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
