Job Title: Clinic Manager (Dermatology / Aesthetic Clinic)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Clinic Manager who can seamlessly balance patient counseling with lead management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding patients, improving conversions, and ensuring a smooth and professional clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel patients for skin and hair treatments based on their concerns and needs
• Convert inquiries and leads into consultations and treatment bookings
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, including follow-ups and lead nurturing
• Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and pricing to patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate effectively with doctors and clinic staff
• Ensure a seamless patient journey from initial inquiry to post-consultation follow-up
• Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and overall clinic experience

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in patient counseling within a dermatology or cosmetology clinic
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conversion skills
• Experience in handling leads, calls, and patient coordination
• Basic understanding of skin and hair treatments
• Presentable, empathetic, and patient-centric approach

Good to Have:

• Prior sales or conversion experience in aesthetic/dermatology clinics
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
