Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Programmer role based in Bangalore Urban. The CNC Programmer will develop, optimize, and revise CNC programs for turning and milling operations, ensuring accurate and efficient production of precision components. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and cutting parameters, setting up machines, and coordinating with machinists to resolve production issues. The role involves monitoring machining processes, troubleshooting program or tooling problems, and maintaining documentation for programs and setups. The CNC Programmer will collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve cycle times, quality, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong CNC Programming and Programming skills for machining operations.
  • Candidates should possess Machining and Milling skills to support production and process optimization.
  • Candidates should possess Technical Drawing interpretation skills to translate engineering designs into accurate CNC programs.
  • Relevant experience with CNC lathes and milling machines, including setup and tooling selection.
  • Working knowledge of G-code, CAM software, and common CNC controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens) is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly on shop floor requirements.
