Commercial Finance Analyst

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports preparation of month-end close deliverables, including variance analysis, commentary, and submitting inputs for the reporting package
• Assists in consolidation and review of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions
• Tracking and monitoring key financial metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Reviewing and approving internal contracts, as well as analyzing client MSA/ agreements to identify and highlight key terms and critical points
• Provides analytical support for client and vendor negotiations, including pricing analysis, discount structures, and commercial evaluation
• Works closely with business teams to gather data inputs for planning cycles and validate underlying assumptions
• Supports data validation, reconciliation, and ensuring consistency across systems (BPC / SAC / Sun Infor)
• Drives data quality improvements and supports standardization of reporting processes
• Assists in ad-hoc analysis and business cases as required by the Finance Business Partner / leadership team
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams (FP&A, controllership, operations) to ensure smooth information flow

SKILLS

• Work experience in a similar role
• Experience of working with cross functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of all finance functions
• Hands-on experience with finance software
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• MBA finance / Cost Accountant with 2 to 4 years of experience
