Job Title: Commercial Manager (Finance & Commercial)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA

ERP: SAP S/4 HANA (Mandatory)



Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the organization's finance and commercial operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, commercial controls, statutory compliance, costing, MIS reporting, budgeting, and coordination with internal departments to ensure efficient business operations. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and a strong understanding of manufacturing finance is essential.


Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end commercial and finance operations of the manufacturing unit.

· Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, financial reports, and management dashboards.

· Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital.

· Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual financial statements.

· Handle costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis.

· Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and internal audits.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

· Monitor procurement, commercial agreements, and vendor payment processes.

· Ensure accuracy of financial transactions in SAP S/4 HANA.

· Develop and implement internal financial controls and process improvements.

· Support management with financial analysis for strategic decision-making.

· Coordinate with production, stores, procurement, and sales teams to streamline commercial operations.
