We are seeking an experienced Commercial Products – Technology & Data Lead to bridge the gap between business and technology, enabling organizations to maximize the value of digital solutions, data-driven insights, and operational excellence. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading strategic technology initiatives, and driving the adoption of commercial platforms and business transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Business Partnership

• Partner with commercial and business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and governance of commercial technology platforms and business applications.
• Align technology initiatives with business objectives while ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide strategies and standards.

Program & Project Management

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve challenges that may impact project delivery and business outcomes.

Digital Adoption & Change Management

• Drive adoption of commercial systems and digital tools through effective communication, training, and change management initiatives.
• Develop governance frameworks to ensure sustainability and alignment of technology solutions.
• Promote best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology and data initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Assess integration points across applications, processes, vendors, and business functions to ensure seamless operations.

Technology Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital innovations to identify opportunities for enhanced business performance.
• Evaluate and recommend new solutions that improve productivity, customer engagement, data management, and analytics capabilities.
• Serve as a technology advisor, helping stakeholders understand and leverage innovative digital capabilities.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
• Support governance processes, risk management activities, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate compliance-related activities and maintain appropriate documentation and controls.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience partnering with business teams to deliver technology and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong project and program management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial technologies, customer relationship management (CRM), trade management solutions, analytics platforms, and digital engagement tools.
• Ability to gather business requirements, drive solution development, and manage organizational change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with collaboration, presentation, and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, commercial systems, or related roles.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology projects and business transformation programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, databases, data management principles, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies, Agile frameworks, governance processes, and compliance standards.
• Understanding of sales, customer development, supply chain, order management, or related business functions.
• Experience within consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or similarly complex business environments is advantageous.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
