Role Objective

The Commissioning System/Process Engineer is responsible for the technical integrity and functional safety of the plant systems. You will drive the transition from a static construction state to a fully operational facility, ensuring all process parameters and safety interlocks meet design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Phase: Define System/Sub-system limits on P&IDs according to OPERCOM™ rules. Develop the Commissioning Execution Plan and specialized procedures (Chemical cleaning, Leak testing, Inerting).
• Procedure Development: Write detailed Operational Test Procedures (OTP) for complex process loops, ensuring clear acceptance criteria.
• Execution: Supervise the dynamic testing of equipment. Lead the "Ready for Start-Up" (RFSU) sequence and ensure all process safety functions are validated.
• Punch List Management: Identify and categorize punch list items, ensuring all Category 'A' items are cleared before hydrocarbon introduction.
• Handover: Lead the Performance Test Runs post-startup and provide technical support during the stabilization period until final handover to the Operations team.

Requirements

• University degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Commissioning (CPF experience preferred).
• Expert knowledge of OPERCOM™ methodology.
• Proven track record in managing Start-up activities and Performance Testing.
