Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, camera-friendly, and creative professional who can manage our social media presence, build and engage our online community, and also act as a presenter/moderator for both live and recorded sessions.

This role blends communication, creativity, and charisma — ideal for someone who enjoys engaging audiences online and in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities🎯 Social Media Management
  • Plan and execute creative content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to create impactful visual and video content.
  • Drive engagement, monitor analytics, and optimize content performance.
  • Stay on top of social media and EdTech trends to keep BuildAmbit’s content fresh and relevant.
💬 Community Building
  • Build and manage online communities across WhatsApp, Discord, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage learners, alumni, and industry professionals through conversations, polls, and activities.
  • Organize community-led events, discussions, and challenges.
  • Gather insights and feedback to help improve the learner experience.
🎤 Presenter / Anchor for Recorded & Live Sessions
  • Act as the face and voice of BuildAmbit for recorded courses and video modules.
  • Present concepts clearly and confidently on camera in both scripted and interactive formats.
  • Host and moderate live webinars, masterclasses, and guest sessions with experts.
  • Ensure smooth flow during recordings and live sessions with strong on-screen presence.
  • Work closely with the production and academic teams to maintain high-quality delivery standards.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, community management, or presenting/anchoring roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication and on-camera presence.
  • Strong creative sense for storytelling and digital communication.
  • Comfortable managing multiple online channels and interacting with diverse audiences.
  • Prior exposure to EdTech, architecture, design, or creative industries is a plus.
