• You understand how digital community platforms operate, and are the master of at least one among Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit and Telegram.
• You genuinely get joy out of connecting with people over shared interests.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Develop strategies, manage communication and moderate conversations for communities assigned to you.
• Measure, analyze and improve the membership and engagement of your community.
• Identify and engage with opportunities to grow conversations within the community.
  
  

Wo

• Ensure your community grows and gains popularity, through word of mouth or otherwise, as a genuine hub of information and engagement in its own domain.
