Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Community Mobilizer to join our team on-site in Bhubaneswar. The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for engaging with local communities, fostering relationships, and facilitating meaningful interactions between key stakeholders. This role involves organizing initiatives to promote community collaboration and attending events to represent HIREKARMA's mission. The Community Mobilizer will work closely with students, institutes, and corporates to ensure a seamless and impactful engagement experience.

• Relevant academic background or certifications in social work, public relations, or related fields are a plus
