Compliance Specialist

At Cyberveer Technologies, we're looking for a Compliance Professional who can help startups and growing businesses achieve compliance in a practical, business-friendly manner.

Experience

3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and DPDP Act compliance programs.
• Conduct gap assessments, risk assessments, and internal audits.
• Develop policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, and certification bodies.
• Drive projects independently from assessment to audit readiness.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Compliance, GRC, or Information Security Consulting.
• Strong hands-on implementation experience in ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and DPDP Act requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Certifications

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Bonus Points
• Exposure to HIPAA, PCI DSS, or HITRUST.
• Cloud compliance experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
