Construction Project Manager

Reporting To: General Manager

Location: PAN India (Travel Required)

We are looking for an execution-focused Project Manager with 10–15 years of experience in civil construction to lead end-to-end project execution across multiple sites. The role involves planning, site execution, procurement coordination, quality control, and timely project delivery while managing budgets, stakeholders, and site teams.

• Plan, monitor, and execute projects as per approved timelines and budgets.
• Review BOQs, execution schedules, and project milestones.
• Coordinate procurement, material availability, and vendor management.
• Ensure quality standards through regular site inspections and documentation.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and submit periodic MIS reports.
• Lead and mentor site engineers while ensuring SOP compliance and cross-functional coordination.

• 10–15 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, BOQs, procurement, budgeting, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
