Role Description The Construction Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Karnal, with some flexibility for work from home as project needs allow. The role involves overseeing day-to-day activities at construction sites, including coordinating workers and subcontractors, monitoring progress against plans and schedules, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. The Construction Supervisor reviews drawings, checks materials and workmanship, conducts regular site inspections, and addresses any issues or delays. This position also requires maintaining clear communication with project managers, clients, and on-site teams, preparing basic reports, and supporting adherence to regulatory and company policies.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision abilities to manage teams, workflows, and on-site operations effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Candidates should possess proven Inspection skills to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Construction Safety practices to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management is preferred, with prior experience in supervising construction projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings, use basic project documentation tools, and travel to sites as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
