Role Description The Content Creation role at Digital Ashay is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The individual in this role will plan, write, and refine digital content for websites, blogs, social media, and other online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics, drafting clear and compelling copy, aligning content with brand guidelines, and collaborating with designers and marketing team members. The role also involves managing content updates, organizing materials in a content management system, and optimizing content for readability and audience engagement. The person in this position will be expected to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and contribute ideas to improve the overall content strategy.
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and accessible way.
  • Demonstrated ability in Web Content Writing and Writing for digital platforms.
  • Experience with Content Strategy, including planning and organizing content to support business and marketing goals.
  • Proficiency in Content Management, including working with content management systems and maintaining structured content libraries.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts and audience-focused content creation is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a content, marketing, or communications role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant education in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
