Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Kozhikode. The Content Creator will develop engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials, aligned with the school’s brand and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, brainstorming creative ideas, scripting and producing video or visual content, and writing copy for campaigns and educational initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with faculty and marketing teams, capturing on-campus activities, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and tracking performance metrics to refine future content. The Content Creator is expected to stay updated on trends in content creation, education, and digital marketing to keep the school’s presence relevant and impactful.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in content creation for social media, video, and digital platforms, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging copy for marketing campaigns, web pages, and educational materials.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in design or editing tools (such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) to produce visual and multimedia content.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, engagement, and content performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced academic environment.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new content formats and trends.
  • Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in an educational, startup, or creative environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
