Title: Content Creator Intern — Reels, Trends & Production

Location: Gurgaon (On-Site, Shared Accommodation Provided)

Type: Internship (Full-Time, 6 days/week, 10 hours/day | Minimum 6 months)

Stipend: ₹45,000/month (₹10,000 cash + ₹35,000 housing expenses)

This is a 6-month, full-time on-site internship with a clear path to a full-time role in marketing based on performance — and a strong chance to become a founding member of Dharmik. You'll work directly with the founder, own the camera, and shape how India sees a fast-growing spiritual lifestyle brand.

About Us

We're a spiritual lifestyle startup led by an IIT Roorkee '19 graduate. We hit 15x growth in 3 months to a ₹2Cr+ revenue run rate, and we're backed by the founders of Bewakoof, Upside Learning, the ex-CTO of slice, and alums from IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, and Stanford — all looking to scale rapidly in 2026. As we close our seed round, we're looking for a content rockstar who lives and breathes reels to work directly with the founder.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll be the creative engine of the brand — ideating, shooting, and shipping content that millions could scroll through.

• Make reels people stop for. Own Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and our other handles end-to-end — from idea to final cut.
• Live on trend. Spot trends before they peak, decode why they work, and bend them to fit our brand and products.
• Run the production. Plan shoots, set up the frame, shoot it yourself (or with the team), and turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content.
• Write the hooks. Script founder-led, UGC-style, and AI-generated videos — strong hooks, sharp first 3 seconds, stories that actually land.
• Be on camera. Front some of our content yourself and narrate stories the brand is built on.
• Work with the editor. Hand off tight scripts and briefs, and push creatives until they're high-impact.
• Grow the brand. Watch what performs, learn from the numbers, and double down on what works.

In short: find the story, shoot the story, ship the story — and help build a brand that lasts for years, with creativity and ownership as the first principles.

What We're Looking For

• Some real experience creating content — reels, shorts, or short-form video (full-time, part-time, internship, or even your own handle).
• A strong personal Instagram/creator handle is appreciated but not mandatory.
• A sharp instinct for what makes a reel work: hooks, first 3 seconds, pacing, trends, offers.
• Comfortable writing scripts and briefs, and comfortable being in front of the camera.
• Bonus: basic editing, analytics (Sheets, Ads Manager, GA), and AI content tools.
• High ownership, bias to action, and the patience to iterate fast based on what the data tells you.
