Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Manager to lead the development and execution of content strategies that strengthen our brand, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the real estate sector, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to create compelling content across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for websites, project brochures, blogs, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, advertisements, and corporate communications.
- Produce engaging project descriptions, property listings, investment articles, customer success stories, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, CRM, design, and digital marketing teams to deliver consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and monitor content performance using analytics tools.
- Review and proofread all marketing and corporate communication materials for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and project launches.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, and content creators when required.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to create relevant and engaging content.
- Support leadership with presentations, investor communications, award submissions, PR content, and thought leadership articles.
- Measure content effectiveness using KPIs such as website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates, and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in content creation and management within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, digital marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
