Our marketing team has grown rapidly over the past year and we’re now looking for a talented Content Specialist to own the SEO and GEO content process across three of our brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves content, thinks in search intent and is already leveraging AI to produce better work, faster.

Job Description


The Content Specialist will be the sole owner of the SEO and GEO content process for Jump Accounting and two additional brands within The Rise Group. You will be responsible for end-to-end content delivery — from keyword and entity research through to publishing, performance analysis, and iterative refinement. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure content strategy is aligned with wider business objectives and brand voice.


This role is well suited to someone who has agency experience managing content across multiple clients or brands, and who is already using AI tools as a core part of their workflow.


Responsibilities


•      SEO & GEO Content Ownership: Own the full content process across three Rise Group brands — from initial research and planning through to publishing, optimisation, and ongoing refinement. Ensure content is structured for both traditional search and AI-driven generative search results.

•      Keyword & Entity Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and topical authority mapping to identify high-value content opportunities. Build and maintain content gap analyses and prioritised content plans for each brand.

•      Content Planning & Calendars: Develop and manage content calendars that align with commercial priorities, seasonal trends, and search demand signals across all three brands.

•      Writing & Editing: Produce clear, well-structured, on-brand content including blog posts, landing pages, guides, and FAQs. Edit and refine AI-assisted drafts to meet quality and brand standards.

•      AI-Augmented Production: Use AI tools actively throughout the content creation process — from ideation and briefing to drafting and editing — to increase output quality and speed without compromising accuracy or voice.

•      Performance Analysis: Monitor organic performance metrics across all three brands using tools such as Google Search Console and GA4. Report on rankings, traffic, impressions, and CTR, and identify trends and anomalies.

•      Hypothesis Testing & Refinement: Form and test hypotheses based on performance data — experimenting with angles, formats, structure, and metadata — and apply learnings systematically to improve results over time.

•      Cross-Brand Collaboration: Work with the Marketing Manager and wider team to ensure SEO content supports paid, social, and email activity, and that brand voice is consistent across all touchpoints.


Requirements

•      2–3 years’ proven experience in SEO content, preferably within an agency or multi-brand environment.

•      Demonstrable expertise in keyword research, content planning, writing, editing, and performance analysis.

•      Experience forming and testing content hypotheses and applying data-driven refinements.

•      Active, confident use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) in your day-to-day content workflow.

•      Strong written English with an ability to adapt tone and style across different brands and audiences.

•      Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog, and with Google Search Console and GA4.

•      Comfortable managing multiple content plans simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

•      Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) principles and how to structure content for AI-driven search is a strong advantage.

•      A degree in Marketing or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
