Content Strategist

At Scroll Mantra, we're looking for a curious, creative and research-driven Junior Content Strategist to help build content strategies for brands across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, hospitality, tech and D2C.

• Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars.
• Build content pillars aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
• Research competitors, consumer behaviour and social media trends.
• Brainstorm campaigns, reels, carousels and brand storytelling ideas.
• Work closely with copywriters, designers and client servicing teams.
• Analyse content performance and recommend improvements.

• 1–2 years of experience in a social media, digital or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging social trends.
• Excellent research, presentation and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
