Role Description
The Contract Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts related to real estate projects, vendors, and service providers, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with project, finance, and legal teams, tracking contract milestones, managing renewals, and maintaining accurate contract documentation. The Contract Manager will negotiate terms and conditions, identify contract risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and budgets. The role also involves preparing contract reports, supporting audits, and continuously improving contract processes and templates.
Qualifications
- Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret legal and commercial terms clearly and accurately.
- Experience in contract administration and documentation management, including maintaining contract databases and tracking key dates and obligations.
- Knowledge of real estate or construction industry practices, including project workflows, vendor management, and regulatory considerations.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems) and basic contract management software.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Prior experience in a similar contract management role, preferably within real estate, infrastructure, or construction, is highly beneficial.
