Assistant Manager: 5–8 years of relevant experience
Manager: 8–12 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for project materials, equipment, and services.
Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, conduct techno-commercial comparisons, and finalize vendors.
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts and purchase orders.
Coordinate with project, engineering, planning, and site teams to ensure timely procurement and contract execution.
Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Handle change orders, claims, variations, and commercial correspondence.
Support cost optimization, budgeting, and procurement strategy initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual requirements, and project timelines.

Preferred Profile

✔ Experience in industrial projects such as manufacturing facilities, warehouses, data centers, process plants, or heavy engineering projects.
✔ Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, vendor negotiations, and commercial processes.
✔ Candidates with stable career progression and complete compensation details available will be preferred.
