Location: Noida (Base Location) with travel across Bihar, Chhattisgarh, and other Innovatiview examination centres as per business requirements.

Position Summary

The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering operational training programs for examination centre personnel across Innovatiview's examination centres. The role requires frequent travel to centres located in Bihar, Noida, Chhattisgarh, and other assigned locations.

Apart from classroom and on-site training, the trainer will conduct surprise operational audits during live examinations to evaluate adherence to SOPs, security protocols, service quality, and operational readiness. The role plays a critical part in maintaining standardization and operational excellence across all examination centres.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Capability Development

• Deliver instructor-led classroom and on-site training programs for examination centre staff.
• Train Centre Managers, Invigilators, Technical Support Teams, Operations Executive, and Support Staff.
• Conduct induction training for newly onboarded employees.
• Facilitate refresher and certification programs before examination cycles.
• Ensure consistent understanding and implementation of examination SOPs across all centres.
• Demonstrate examination software, technology platforms, and operational workflows.
• Coach employees on customer service, communication, professionalism, and incident management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Training programs delivered as per annual training calendar.
• Percentage of examination staff certified before examinations.
• Training effectiveness scores.
• Reduction in repeat audit observations.
