Role Description The Coupa System Administrator will manage and optimize the Coupa platform to support procurement, invoicing, and spend management processes at Infyshine and its clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves configuring Coupa modules, maintaining user roles and permissions, managing integrations, and ensuring data quality and system stability. The role includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with Coupa support and internal IT teams, and supporting upgrades and new feature deployments. The administrator will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement changes, and develop workflows that align with procurement policies and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities also include creating reports and dashboards, documenting processes, and providing user training and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Strong Coupa administration skills, including configuration of modules, user management, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
- Experience with procurement and finance processes, such as purchasing, invoicing, supplier management, and spend analysis.
- Ability to manage integrations between Coupa and ERP or financial systems; familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and troubleshooting integration failures.
- Proficiency in system testing, issue diagnosis, and root-cause analysis, with experience in coordinating upgrades and release management.
- Skills in reporting and analytics within Coupa or similar tools, including building dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Attention to detail, documentation skills, and a structured approach to change management and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a Coupa Administrator, Coupa Consultant, or similar role in procurement technology; Coupa certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and support stakeholders
