Job Title: Program Manager – Centric PLM (CPG)
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 15+ years of IT experience and a strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience with Centric PLM and have successfully led at least two end-to-end Centric PLM implementation projects. This role requires strong program management, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills to drive enterprise PLM transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Centric PLM implementation programs for CPG/FMCG clients.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver large-scale PLM transformation projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, IT teams, and implementation partners to define project objectives and ensure successful delivery.
- Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting to senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and manage project dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and organizational processes.
- Oversee solution deployment, user adoption, training, and post-go-live support.
- Manage vendor relationships and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and continuous optimization within the PLM ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) domain.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Centric PLM.
- Mandatory: Successfully delivered a minimum of two end-to-end Centric PLM implementation projects.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of PLM processes, product development lifecycle, and supply chain workflows.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
