Role Description

The Creative Production Intern role is an internship position designed for individuals interested in digital content creation and media production. This is a hybrid role based in Lucknow, with a mix of on-site work at client locations or studios and some work-from-home assignments. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with photoshoots and video shoots, supporting cinematography and ad production, preparing equipment and props, and helping coordinate schedules and logistics. The intern may also assist with basic content editing, organizing digital assets, documenting shoots, and contributing creative ideas for storyboards and concepts. Throughout the internship, the intern will collaborate with senior team members, learn production workflows, and adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Interest in digital content creation, including photography, videography, and advertising production.
• Basic familiarity with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; willingness to learn technical production skills.
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with creative teams and clients.
• Comfort with hybrid work in Lucknow, including on-site shoots and occasional remote tasks.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications; exposure to photo or video editing software is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in media, film, design, communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
