Job Summary

As a Creative Writing , you will play an important role in supporting students through editing, documentation, communication, and operational activities. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a student-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the applications team with editing and documentation activities
• Review and update documents with high accuracy and minimal errors
• Assist the editing team with content refinement and proofreading
• Guide and support students with required information and assistance
• Contribute ideas to improve student experience and workplace culture
• Help build the organization as a trusted support center for students

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with excellent writing skills are welcome)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good editing, proofreading, and documentation abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
