Credit Manager

📍 Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to lead credit underwriting, risk management, and portfolio monitoring for lending programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with Banks, NBFCs, and internal business teams to design robust credit policies, evaluate lending proposals, and drive data-driven credit decisions.

• Design and implement credit policies, underwriting frameworks, and risk models.
• Evaluate credit proposals, financial statements, cash flows, and collateral.
• Build and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and lending partners.
• Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, and portfolio risks.
• Prepare credit MIS, portfolio reports, and risk dashboards.
• Develop collection and recovery strategies for stressed accounts.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Digital Lending Guidelines, KYC/AML, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to build digital credit workflows.

• Experience: 10–15 years in Credit Underwriting, Credit Risk, or Credit Policy with a Bank, NBFC, FinTech, or Agri Lending Institution.
• Experience in Agri Finance, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Rural Lending, or Working Capital Finance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of RBI regulations, Co-lending Models, PSL norms, and Digital Lending.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• MBA/PGDM (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
