Join Standex Electronics as a CRM Administrator, supporting our global Sales and Marketing teams through the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce & QuickBase CRM platforms. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to improve processes, maintain data integrity, and ensure the CRM system is effectively supporting business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the system administrator for the Salesforce & QuickBase CRM platforms across the Electronics business
  • Assist in the transition of QuickBase users & processes to the Salesforce platform
  • Configure and maintain CRM objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approval processes
  • Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings
  • Support the business by translating business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline, performance, and key KPIs
  • Monitor data quality and implement processes for data cleansing, validation, and governance
  • Support integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, CLM, BI tools)
  • Assist with CRM releases, testing, deployment, and user training
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
  • Act as a liaison between business users and external partners or developers
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation, usability, and adoption
  • Ensure adoption and sustainability of the CRM platform
  • Develop user training material and SOPs
  • Manage the training of new and existing users
  • Troubleshoot system issues with users
  • Develop and maintain successful internal customer relationships
  • Continuously monitor advancements in Salesforce & QuickBase technology & features
  • Partner with Director of Commercial Excellence on evolving CRM roadmap

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5+ years of experience administering Salesforce or Quickbase in a production environment
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality, including:
  • Objects, relationships, and data models
  • Flows, validation rules, and automation tools
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Experience managing users, security, and permissions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We Value

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, or middleware tools
  • Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment
