CRM Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update customer database regularly.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for customer requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions.
  • Send payment reminders, project updates, and service communications to customers.
  • Ensure timely response to customer queries through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
  • Track customer feedback and coordinate for issue resolution.
  • Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
  • Monitor pending payments and coordinate with accounts/sales teams.
  • Maintain MIS reports and documentation accurately.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales process.
  • Coordinate site visit schedules and customer appointments if required.
  • Handle CRM software/data entry and maintain accuracy of information.
  • Assist management with customer-related reports and updates.
  • Coordinate registration and documentation follow-ups.
  • Share project updates, payment schedules, and possession details.
  • Maintain customer booking forms and agreement records.
