Role Summary

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Music Curriculum Developer to design structured, engaging music programs for children aged 5–14. The role requires formal training in music, strong theoretical grounding, and a proven track record of curriculum development.

Must-Haves (Requirements)

• Formal training in music from a recognised institution
• Solid grounding in music theory and ability to structure it into lesson plans.
• Demonstrated experience in music curriculum development, ideally for children/young learners.
• Currently active in the field of music education/curriculum design (not disengaged).
• Reliability and ability to deliver independently and consistently.
• Prior work with edtech companies or K–12 schools.
• Familiarity with blended learning approaches (online + offline).
• Experience creating interactive, age-appropriate lessons.
• Comfort with digital tools for content creation/delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive music curriculum modules (theory + practical).
• Translate music theory into structured lesson plans for young learners.
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and adherence to global benchmarks and standards.
• Support teacher enablement through domain trainings.
• Deliver consistently on timelines and commitments.
